You’ll lie comfortably on the Healthy Wave Mat®, fully supported with a bolster, pillow, cozy blanket, and weighted eye mask, as gentle therapeutic heat rises beneath you. The salt cave at trove is a multi-sensory experience that combines synergistic healing therapies to deliver powerful health benefits. Himalayan salt-lined walls and floors create a negative ion–rich environment, purifying the air by binding to pollutants such as dust, smoke, toxic chemicals, and electromagnetic fields (EMFs) from electronic devices.

The Healthy Wave Mat 5® integrates five complementary therapies, including far infrared heat, red light therapy, PEMF (Pulsed Electromagnetic Field) therapy, negative ions, and therapeutic crystals, to support circulation, cellular energy production, relaxation + recovery. Please arrive at least 15 mins prior to your appointment start time to check-in and land in our space. Enjoy a complimentary tea or kombucha in our IV lounge or journal nook. You may wish to bring your journal.

Come as you are. We provide complimentary towels, robes + slides and a full-service shower and vanity complete with essentials.
