Restore balance through the holistic healing powers of acupuncture + TCM

Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) is an ancient healing practice that encompasses various modalities aimed at restoring balance within the meridians (or inner pathways) of the body. Acupuncture is at the centre of TCM, as it stimulates specific “points” that are connected to meridians which regulate the flow of Qi and blood throughout the body. In addition to acupuncture, TCM sessions may also include fire cupping, moxibustion, Tuina (massage), Gua Sha, and auricular therapy. TCM treatments start with an initial consultation where the practitioner assesses you to create an individualized treatment plan to support optimal wellbeing.

facial rejuvenation acupuncture (TCM)
Cosmetic acupuncture uses concepts of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) to bring rejuvenation to the skin. Cosmetic acupuncture is used to relax the muscles of the face and encourage the natural flow of blood, collagen, and lymph. Cosmetic acupuncture typically helps with fine lines, puffiness, dark circles, acne and scarring and dark spots. additionally, cosmetic treatments can also address MSK issues such as TMJ.
* Note: it is recommended to wait at least 6 weeks after receiving cosmetic injections before having a facial as recent injections can shift. After receiving a peel, laser treatment, or micro needling, please wait until your skin is fully healed before booking facial acupuncture.
