We are committed to providing you with the most exceptional experience. Here are a few tips to help you prepare for your visit:

prior to your appointment

We recommend completing any intake forms before your visit. 


Please arrive at least 15 mins prior to your appointment start time to check-in and land in our space. Enjoy a complimentary tea or kombucha in our IV lounge or journal nook. You may wish to bring your journal.

Come as you are. We provide complimentary towels, robes + slides and a full-service shower and vanity complete with essentials. 

We recommend staying hydrated before and after your visit to trove.

Sofia Forman

Sofia Forman, PsyD, completed her doctorate in Clinical Psychology in Berkeley, California, and is deeply passionate about the intersection of mind and body through talk therapy and movement. She is trained in Pilates, Yoga, and Breathwork & Meditation, offering a unique blend of approaches to support her clients' well-being. Sofia earned her Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from Columbia University, focusing on spirituality, with a particular emphasis on end-of-life care. She has a special interest in perinatal mental health and coping with grief/loss. She uses various elements including traditional talk therapy, guided meditation, breath work, tools to calm the nervous system, elements of yoga asana, art or creative therapy, and other techniques for increasing self-awareness. Sofia is available for both virtual and in-person appointments, making her services accessible and tailored to individual needs.
