craniosacral

Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle, hands-on approach that helps assess + restore balance in your body, supporting its natural ability to heal. By alleviating the harmful effects of stress on the central nervous system, this therapy promotes relaxation, enhances overall wellbeing + strengthens your body’s resilience to illness. Craniosacral Therapy is a manual, very gentle + relaxing therapy. Using a light touch, your osteopath releases certain restrictions in the craniosacral system and dissipates the negative effects of stress on the central nervous system. This facilitates the body’s self-regulation system, allowing it to make its own corrections where and when necessary. This therapy is beneficial for many conditions, including: migraines, headaches, chronic muscle pain, respiratory difficulties; central nervous system dysfunctions, musculoskeletal challenges, chronic fatigue, stress + immune disorders.

neural organizational technique

Neural Organization Technique (N.O.T.) resets your body’s nervous system “programs” — much like rebooting a computer — to restore balance + function.

The goal of N.O.T. is to optimize nervous system health so your body can self-regulate its key functions more efficiently. When your nervous system is properly organized, vital survival systems — such as digestion, immune response, reproduction, and the fight-or-flight mechanism — engage only when truly needed.

N.O.T. identifies and addresses neural disorganization resulting from unresolved stressors like physical injury, emotional trauma, or biochemical imbalances.

This technique evaluates your body’s responses to stress, postural distortions, biomechanical instability, and the different demands placed on the nervous system.
