prior to your appointment

We recommend completing any intake forms before your visit. 

Set an intention for your hypnotherapy session.


For in-person appointments, consider arriving at least 15 mins prior to your start time to check-in and land in our space. Enjoy a complimentary tea or kombucha in our IV lounge or journal nook before your hypnotherapy session. 

Come as you are. We provide complimentary towels, robes + slides and a full-service shower and vanity complete with essentials. 

For virtual appointments, ensure your laptop is charged, you may want to have access to headphones and a comfortable quiet place to lie down during your session.
