Suitable for all levels of experience, somatic embodiment does not require prior movement or yoga knowledge—just a willingness to feel, listen + respond to your body with care. Individual and small group sessions available.

individual sessions
One-on-one somatic embodiment sessions begin with a personalized intake and body scan to identify areas of holding or imbalance. Practices may include grounding, breathwork, slow intentional movement + somatic inquiry to support healing and integration. These sessions are ideal for those navigating chronic stress, emotional overwhelm, or the effects of past trauma.
group sessions
Private somatic embodiment sessions for up to 12 participants. Group experiences provide a
shared container for healing + growth while honouring each person’s unique journey. Practices focus on common themes such as stress reduction, emotional regulation + body-based resilience. Sessions often include collective intention setting, guided movement + embodied reflection in a supportive and trauma-informed environment.
